 If your product never arrives or has arrived damaged we will refund your order or ship another product out! If you are unsure whether you will be satisfied with your purchase before purchasing, email (info.hoopvisionz@gmail.com). We will be more than happy to help you out! All purchases are final as they are automatically sent to our factory for processing.

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct items or refund your order.
PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If any packages never arrive due to the input of an incorrect address we are not responsible and cannot refund your order. Shipping labels are copy & pasted from your input.
