We are trying our best to get packages out as quickly as possible. Hoop Visionz cannot be held responsible for any delays or disruptions by the postal service. All Shipping times are estimates and can be received earlier or later depending upon the postal service transit speed.

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Max delivery time – 60 Business days (Unfortunately, some orders outside of the United States may be delayed due to the current COVID-19 pandemic.) All orders purchased before April 25 were processed via ePacket (Free Shipping), these orders are currently in transit. However, they are facing delays. TRACKING INFORMATION

You can check on the status of your order at any time by Direct Messaging us on Instagram to get a tracking number and link. You can also more easily reach out to our customer support desk at info.hoopvisionz@gmail.com to ask questions anytime.

For logistical reasons, if you have a multi-item order, each product may be shipped in separate packages. We ship each item from a range of our warehouses depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible! ENTERING YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have entered the correct delivery address. Your items will be sent to the exact delivery address stated on your order and if this is incorrect we unfortunately cannot reimburse you if your order does not make its way to you. If you decide you want to cancel/change your order email us as soon as possible. If your item has already been marked as shipped then it is too late for us to cancel/change your order.
